I just downloaded BBSAK and had a couple of attempts at running a first backup of my 3rd party apps. BBSAK gets stuck each time at 97%. Looking in the backup folder, I see that it seems to have saved a .cod file for all apps except ToDoMatrix.

Has anyone else had this happen and can either explain why or reassure me that the restore function in BBSAK will still work, even though BBSAK didn't fully complete the backup.

Or has anyone successfully saved a .cod file for ToDoMatrix using BBSAK and can tell me how they did it and what it's called.

Try stopping TodoMatrix before runing the backup.

Thanks. Just tried that but no difference. BBSAK freezes completely at 97% each time. I think ToDoMatrix is the only app without .cod file in the backup folder, which wouldn't be so bad in itself provided the rest of the backup worked.

Just to throw out there, it might also be the app BEFORE ToDo Matrix that it is halting on, preventing TDM from being backed up.

You may be able to tell by the timestamps (by sorting the directory), and possibly look at the newest timestamped app.

I don't know much about ToDo Matrix, but if it's anything like AlertMatrix and some of the other Rex apps, you should be able to just download the app OTA, and then log in and your information will come down from the servers, no?

Thanks for your thoughts. Turned off wireless on phone and shut down all apps. Uninstalled BBSAK, deleted old files, reinstalled and ran it again. This time I have a .cod file for ToDoMatrix, so that's obviously not the problem, but BBSAK still locks up still at 97%!

There is a backup.alx file in the backup folder but it is just 1Kb - do I have a backup or not? I can get the Rex stuff anyway, it's true, but I want to be reassured I can restore the rest. Sorry if this is silly question, and very grateful for help.
