RIM has released an upgrade to Facebook, v.1.7.0.22.

You can use your device browser to go to Facebook for BlackBerry smartphones to get the upgrade.

Also if you click options from within your current Facebook app, you can upgrade from there, although I wasn't able to do so from the app, and did so from the browser page.

Tried updating from the app but it didn't do it. Had to do it via the browser. Thx for this again!

What are the changes?

I have 2 Tours (one work, one personal), both with FB loaded - one with v1.7.0.18 and one with the new 1.7.0.22. Attached is a screen shot of the versions side by side, with the old on the left.



Looks like minor formatting changes where it notes how many comments there are on a status/link/picture/whatever. And the people who 'like' something now shows under the comment/like links instead of to the left of them.

I've noticed this version is loading faster, too. Anyone else notice that?
