Looking for advice as to the best, cost efficient, etc., memory booster.

One app is Memory UP or whatever it is named but I'd recommend found it manually as linked above.

I can recommend MemoryBooster. It works great and even provides statistical tracking on the effectiveness of your memory boosting.
