I want a simple weather program where the icon shows clouds/sun, etc... AND the actual temp.

Unless it's been updated recently, BBWeather doesn't show the current TEMP on the same icon as the "conditions" (sunny, cloudy, etc).

Sure it does. In fact, it's an option you can turn on/off.
