Default Help With Tcp

Please Login to Remove!

I have a blackberry 8310 on the AT&T network. I use a 3rd party software that connects to the internet to remotly send me data. everything was working fine until the software had a glitch. The 3rd party developer had me download code to remove the software and all of its settings. when i reinstalled the software i started getting an error that said "An internet connection cannot be found through TCP" I have an unlimited data plan. How do I fix this???????

You probably lost APN or WAP settings.

Have you tried contacting the vendor?
