Does anyone have any suggestions for playing podcasts on a BlackBerry, I have been using an iPhone which is frankly excellent but the BlackBerry seems to forget where I have gotten up to and i spend ages trying to find my place. I don't really want to pay for any software and i prefer to manage it all from my PC. again iTunes is excellent for this and i can sync the blackberry, I just need a better way to play them.

I definitely recommend PodTrapper, well worth the $9.99 price.

Podtrapper has worked very well for me. It is one of my most-used apps.

Ditto on Podtrapper. Use it all the time, works just like it should, good support forums and information when needed.

If you're synching with iTunes, you can use Blackberry's Desktop Manager software, which allows you to sync with playlists. In iTunes, you can create "smart playlists" for podcasts. The Apple.com site has instructions on how to create smart playlists made up of podcast episodes.
