hi,i got this 9700 recently and really like it.the problem i am having is trying to install the translator i purchased from mobi hand.when i attempt to use the blackberry desktop method it runs through but isn't there on the phone at the end of things only the icon.if i use the direct download method i get a network error even though it sometimes gets about a quarter completed before failing.the file is about 3mg's in size.any help would be great,thanks.
