Any of the applications that will map from an address in the contact list?

This is something Berry411 might be working on. Because so far it supports up to 3 address that you can pre-config it but if they can fetch this info from address book, that will be great.

That would be great. I have Handago Pocket Express that advertises it, but it does not work.

According to the Handmark Express website
