Default Dynoplex eFile help.

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I just bought the Dynoplex eFile and installed it on my BB. But now there is always a window showing "You are using an unregistered version of Dynoplex eWord" with the choice boxes of "Register" and "Cancel", whenever I want to open any word document. I have tried to register it using the Commercial License that I got for the eFile but some how it failed to register all applications properly. A window will show alternately "Network Getting Response" and "Reading Response" but with no progress other than the first two applications "registered" and the other two are still as "demonstration". If I try to cancel it, another window will show: "Some applications still need to be registered, Do you want to exit? with another two choice boxes "Yes" and "No". And after waiting so long I have to choose "Yes" in this case, and so back to the problem.

This practically prevents me seeing further any documents that I want to see.
I have tried to ask by email to the QuickOffice Sales but somehow I have not received any response.

Could somebody please help me on this?

Thank you and regards,

I use BES for my BB.
Thanks a lot on this information, I'll look at it in more detail.
