Default Rove Mobile Admin error

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,

I'm using Mobile Admin on a Storm 2 9550 on OS .320 but when I upgrade to any later release I get this error: "PushModalScreen called by a non-event thread" after launching the app. If I downgrade back to .320 the app runs fine. So far I have tried .517 leak and .607 official from VZ. Thanks.

Considering Rove is an enterprise and expensive application, I would like think their customer service would be able to help you?

( I am only saying that because I am thinking of utilizing their mobile app for my job)

It's a fantasic app and a must for any admin but the yearly maintainence fee is expensive. Without the maintainence contract they will not assist. So I will remain on the older Blackberry OS where the app is functinal until a solution presents itself or I migrate to a different device.
