Default Best GPS exercise app to track distance\speed

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,

What is the best app that will track how far I run and the average speed? I saw on App Wolrd that All Sports GPS ($20) and RoadRunner GPS ($4.99 but didn't get as good reviews) seem to be the highest rated.

Are these the best two options to try?

Thanks in advance!

Patrick

Might want to check out the GPS & Maps section, the yellow sticky at the top with reviews of many map and GPS apps. Not sure is anything like that is there, but worth a look.

I use GPSLogger for long runs and bike rides, etc. Never used the average speed function, but I think it does it. Free too. Great little app.

+1 for GPSLogger. It does everything I need it to: tracks reliably, gives average speed, elevation changes for measuring mountain bike climbs, exports to Google Earth if I'm feeling really geeky. And it's free.
