Default Computer App

I used to have a program on my old computer that would allow me to connect to my berry and look at all the system information that was installed on the phone. This program would allow you to remove individual .cod files as well. I have completely forgotten the name of it and I was wondering of anyone knew of such a program that might be the one im looking for. If anyone knows anything Id appreciate your input. Ive tried google and all the computer utilities I can find are JLcmdr

Its kinds like BBSAK but it had more functions that you could utilize. There were three tabs you could choose from. From basic that wouldnt hurt your phone to being able to remove OS cod files.
