A bit of advice, don't try to bypass or go around an IT Policy established by your company on a BB. In many cases, that is grounds for termination. You may not care now, but you might later.
I doubt that you will find much help here either in that regard. If you need personal communications, SMS, email, phone, etc., it is best to get your own device.
To get it back, you would need to have the BES Admin/IT Staff change the IT Policy to allow it. I do not know of a 3rd party application. Does the IT Policy allow you to install 3rd party apps on the device? Might check BB App World.
