Default Completely private SMS/IM application? Tiger Text?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm looking for a way to send messages, SMS or IM, that are 100% private and destroyed within a reasonable amount of time after being read.

I think TigerText looks promising: each user installs the app, and all messages are routed over their infrastructure. They claim they instantly destroy all communications from their servers, and from the devices after x amount of time.

Problem is, the app is still in beta. Does anyone know of an alternative to TigerText?

First, know that on the internet, nothing is 100% anything, especially secure.
Next, use the one I use..........common sense. If I don't want anything found out, I don't type it anywhere on line.

TigerText is not for fake texts. It is for "secure" texts.
