Default Best FREE GPS Golf App

Please Login to Remove!

I was asked to download a free golf app that uses GPS for my boss on his Storm 2. I don't play golf so I don't know what to look for.....What is the best App for golf that uses a GPS (he specified that).

Thanks!

Patrick

This is a good app for golf and uses GPS and works on some BBs -- not certified with the Storm, however.

There are a few threads on this topic under the GPS section, but I have always used TeeDroid with great success. TeeDroid Mobile Phone Golf Caddy System

As usual, the term 'best' is subjective. In addition to intelligolf, you can try FREE Golf GPS Range Finder - for iPhone and BlackBerry | Swing by Swing

Just to be clear, Intelligolf isn't free. But it is a really good app.

I'll chime in with Accelgolf - GPS Rangefinder & Mobile Scorecard | AccelGolf - it's free and has very good statistics online that are in the process of getting better. I've been very happy with it.

Default GPSGolfShot - available on most Blackberry models, including most on VZW

I've been waiting for a GPS Golf App for my VZW Blackberry Curve - and Verizon FINALLY approved GPSGolfShot for me to use. Tried it out this wkend - and it worked GREAT - very accurate and much more convenient than my Bushnell laser rangefinder.
