Default Midpssh - waiting for first byte?

I am on a 7100T with BES/MDS, and am using the latest version of midpssh (V 1.31 i think) but for some reason whenever I connect to a server with both telnet and ssh, it connects, but then it says "Waiting for first byte." and it just sits there. Am I doing something wrong, or is this just a software in development thing? I've tried letting it just sit there for awhile, but nothing changes. Any ideas?

You are much better off e-mailing the developer directly on this issue:

http://www.xk72.com/midpssh/

See the bottom of the above page for the contact form.

He will respond quickly and if it's a bug you bet it will be fixed quickly..

For the 7100 are you getting the .alx and .cod that are on the site or are you grabbing one of the .jad's?

I got the blackberry build off of his site, and loaded it with the application loader.
