Well my service provider charges extra for these two services so I was wondering if there are apps that can do the same thing. I have read a little about google voicemail but heard that you get charged roaming when using it in Canada (where I live).

Does anyone know/can point me two where to get (if they have) apps for these types of services? Thanks.
