Shangmail attachments
 

First of all I have to say how awesome this email client is. But I have a problem. Has anyone been able to receive and/or open email attachments through Shangmail? Whenever I get an email with an attachment, it's never there.

Also, can't send to multiple recipients.

The issue with multiple recipients has been discussed. No definitive answer though. Do a search for that. The attachment problem likely has the same cause/reason, I would guess.

UPDATE: All of a sudden I am able to receive attachments! Interestingly though, I can't open them directly from the email - have to use Documents To Go (for Word docs). It seems that without BIS/BIS you can't use the Blackberry Attachment Service.
