Default RingCentral BB App Connection Problem

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I have downloaded the new RingCentral BB app onto my 8900 and I have yet to connect to the server after dozens of attempts. Always getting the no-connection error. Has anyone had any success using this??

Download RingCentral BlackBerry for BlackBerry 8900

I have initiated a help ticket. I'll post anything useful here.

Hi! I also got "no-connection error" till enabled APN =) It is switched in Options -> Advanced Options -> TCP. Hope this information will help you! For me it works!

I think this helped. I was noticing that it started to work when I was connected to a wifi network but not otherwise. When I followed your direction it now seems to work all the time.
