Default Uninstall Pocket Day 3.11

Please Login to Remove!

Anyone know how to remove this application?
It is not listed on the device (Advance Options/Applications), and neither does it appear using Desktop manager.
I install on an 8700c OTA.

Thanks,
Leo

Leo,

If it's not appearing then it's not completely installed correctly. What don't you like about it? I would try a re-install OTA and it should appear.

I did a desktop installation, then removed.
I like the content available with the app, however, there is strange behavior since I did the OTA install of PD 3.11.
The backlight is not coming on at 100% brightness consistently when taken out of holster or pressing any key. It will eventually hit 100% after a couple of minutes.
When reading RSS feed there are usually a couple of lines that are super-imposed, making it unreadable..
This is with an unlocked 8700c with TMO-US BES and BIS.

I tried to remove the trial -that removed but it left 'pocket day' in many of my menus in other apps/services.

Mine are all gone, and they never did work while it was installed. It was definetly in every menu, however, nothing happened when selected.

I am really sorry to hear you are having this problem. I have been a faithful PocketDay user for quite some time, it is the most used and best third-party application on my device. I hope you can find a resolution and continue as a user, I don't think you will be sorry.

Re-installed PD3.11 from Desktop and will give another try. So far the backlight is working normally, the Pocket Day at the top of every menu does absolutely nothing.

You can remove PocketDay from the menu by going to PocketDay settings / Utilities and turning this option off. Then reboot.

Installed V3.5 and all is well. The only item that does nothing is the Pocket Day item on every menu. All else is working, so purchased the Pro license, without the sports add-on.

If pocketday was removed - there is no such "settings/utilities." The app is gone - but the menu items on other apps has remained.
