Angry no pre-installed applications

my new blackberry bold 9700 has no pre-installed applications on it !
what's the reason ? what should i do?

i'm new with blackberry ! i have an iphone and things here are different ?
why does my blackberry doesn't have pre-installed applications ? like word etc...
id there's somethin wrong with it ? and what should i do do have the pre0installed blackberry applications and games ?

Did you check the games folder, and the applications folder?

What apps are you looking for that are not there?
