Default Registered PocketDay user; trouble upgrading to Professional Edition. - 01-25-2006, 03:03 PM

I tried searching, but to no avail.[/disclaimer]

Anyhow, I have been using PD for about two weeks now. I wanted to subscribe to the Sports Add-on feature, and understood that I would need the Professional Edition. So I deleted PD from my applciations, rebooted, and download the Professional version.

Here's the issue... there is no option for RSS feeds, World Clocks, or the Sports feature. Do I need to register the Professional Edition to get access to these features or is there something wrong with my install?

To utilize the PD Sports, you would need the subscription version of the PD Professional and a subscription version PD Sports. There is no trial version of PD Sports.

If that makes any since.

But there should be a trial version of the RSS feed and the World Time feature, no? It's just not in there...

minus_13...they are there. If you select About on the PocketDay menu it should say Professional version. Your old settings are still there. Go to PocketDay settings / General and scroll down to summary screen slots. Find the ones that say None or N/A and select RSS, World clocks, etc.

Also, Sports should be there as well. There's a 15-day free trial of the sports.
