Will be glad to test it (I'm a licensed user), but what are the changes in this version? There are no rlelease notes in the ZIP file.

I downloaded the software off the WAP link and loaded the software on my BB with no trouble. I tried to use the application and was told that the trial is expired so I can not use it. Anyone else have this problem?

I have noticed that the desktop MSN says that the user on the BB side appears to be offline but it delivers messages fine...even after changing the status to online. And when I try to enter the number 5 it takes me to the open dialogues screen.

Have notice that the new version will actually auto connect, previous version would not on my 7100i.

Also for the connection, should the Nextel users use SSL for TCP?

Also have noticed that MSN will get a connection error every once in a while, and all it says really is "connection failed."

Can anyone verify if this new version of IM+ is still a battery hog?

I would say that I have yet to find a chat app minus RIM's Yahoo that is not really a battery hog. I find that it transmits a lot of data therefore I do not keep in on all day but only when off work.

I see your point but I noticed that IM+, at least for me, was the worse of them all. I’m running Verichat now all day and I don’t notice that much of a battery drain.

I'd also test the WAP version if there were an OTA link.

Mac guy here with no loader. Must have OTA. BTW I'm currently looking for a multi client Chat app, having just done the eval period with your competitor's product.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

It worked for me from the 1st and now it says trial expired. I only got to use it for a few hours when I first installed and now its done. I didn't think a betatest would expire so quickly. Is this an error or the way its supposed to be?

i could not get it to connect. I changed the setting as listed in the sticky thread but still no go. This is the reason i never bothered with this program before, it never connected but the first time. Still same problem.

I can't even get it to load through the desktop manager application loader. The prior version loaded without a problem over-the-air, and worked great.

Has anyone successfully viewed the “Show History” of a conversation via this new version or does it indicate *Nothing found* for everyone?

Default I think there is a problem with the alx file - 02-07-2006, 01:35 PM

The application loader screen looked really funky. I sent them a note. So we will see. I still think this is one of the better non-subscription choices.

Agreed it is a great app. Am going to reload the old version until we hear back from them. JT
