Hi, I have installed the dexrex apps to archive my sms chats and bbm messages. It has been more than 2 weeks now that I am not getting any SMS chats or BBM messages on my email. I have been trying to reach Dexrex, but I am not getting any response. I have also raised around 8-10 tickets so far in last 2 weeks but no response on the tickets. Any idea if the site is down or if there is any failure in the services? I also want to know when will i start getting SMS chat messages and BBM messages on my email ID for archival?
