Default AOL Sync failure - 02-08-2006, 05:32 PM

My boss has AOL Sync (newest one) on his BB 7100t, but it stopped working and I cant fix it. He is running the newest BB software, 2.49. The error message follows:
"Invalid response from HTTP connection. 3; Connection: response failure: HttpConnection Failure:501"

It happens each time AOL sync tries to authenticate. I know its still a beta version with bugs, but he wants it to sync his contacts when on business trips.
Anyone have any idea what's up with this? Are there settings either in his AOL account or on the BB that are off?

Thanks

you will need to upgrade your BlackBerry Operating System software to at least version 4.0.2 in order for the newest GM version of the AOL Sync application to work.

I haven't seen any update on this issue. I have the latest OS version but still get this error message. I can't find any information anywhere on this. AOL professes it can sync the AOL Calendar and Address Book directly with certain Blackberries and I am convinced everything is installed properly. It worked before, but now I can't get my 7100T to sync. Can anyone help?
