Question Is there any software to remotely view Blackberry display. (Ex. Netop for PC)

I am looking for some type of software for Helpdesk use. We have several uses with Blackberry's and it would make supporting easier if we could remotely see what they are seeing on their screens. We use NetOp for our PC support. Is there any software similar to this for Blackberry support?

Sorry, there is nothing currently available to do what you want. I agree, it would make supporting users a lot easier. Maybe someday.
