Default Verichat losing licensing info

Hi, I'm a registered user of Verichat and every once in a while it seems to "revert" back to a unlicensed trial version and I have to reenter all my info again. It doesn't affect my msn (which is what i use) account though in verichat....just licensing. Any ideas? Thanks.

That happened to me when I reinstalled Verichat or Idokorro.

I keep registration numbers in an email message in my Saved Folder, so I can copy-and-paste into Verichat or Idokorro when I need to.

I think the info is saved in the RSA database (RDA, RDP something like that). And gets overwritten when you install/upgrade. I've noticed it happen with a few different registered programs or when I upgrade and don't choose to restore that database. You could try backing up just that database and restoring it after an upgrade might solve the problem.

Default v 1.78b released

We have released v1.78b which resets the trial period for those folks who may have unsuccessfully tried VeriChat before. Please download this version from www.pdaapps.com.

It fixes the lost licensing issue which some people are experiencing.

Thanks,
-PDAapps
