Question Berry 411 and Lake Union

Please Login to Remove!

I've run a few searches and come up dry so I thought that I'd just ask the question.

I've been using Berry411 for some time with no issues. Recently every map comes up as a location on Lake Union in WA state and every effort to send vCards of lookup info returns an "invalid email address" error which is not the case: the addresses are correct. I've also installed this straight from the site (OTA install) on several other users devices...7290, 7210, 7730...all yield the same result.

I've looked at the 411 site and found the same issues raised there with no replies or solutions. Does anyone here have any (polite) suggestions?

I'll look into this.

Thanks Phil. Let me know if there's any info that I can provide that will be of assistance. The map issue happens with white pages search results and the vCard issue applies to any info send.

The key point was that you were using white pages; both these issues should be fixed now.

Just tested it and both the mapping from white pages listings and the vcard functionality are back to normal.

This is a fantastic application and service. It is one of the primary things that makes the added bulk of a BB worthwhile for me.

Thanks again.
