(n) I purchased this software from Handango and its not worth the monthly recurring fees. Furthermore I can not get Handango or the developer to cancel the darn fees. They both keep pointing fingers at each other and in the mean time I still keep getting charged for it!

Will never again purchase anything thru Handango!

Call your creditcard company and have them blocked from charging you. Let the companys know that you consider further charges fraudulent on their part.

I don't think this is Handango's fault -- they are a popular online store selling hundreds of different BlackBerry programs, and we need them to help grow the BlackBerry software market. Many of us have NEVER had problems purchasing from Handango.

Get documentation from both parties and then send proof of conflicting information.

Failing that, call the credit card company. The guilty party will realize their mistake and cancel your service.

I have Voice Control and have not had any problems. They only charged me one time and that was for the initial purchase. Did you sign up for something more?
