Had this problem several months ago (check prior thread(s) on this site).
Cause - Handmark's system apparently only will recognize one device id per account, but Handmark issues different types of device ids for Pocket Express subscriptions and Zagat subscriptions.
Fix - I had Handmark set up my Pocket Express and Zagat subscriptions on separate accounts, so they could issue me proper ids for each app. Contact customer support and ask them to do this for you. Both apps work fine on my Cinugular 7100g now.
