Default IM+ Freezing 7100i

Please Login to Remove!

tryed to install the program and it just freezes the phone... cant do anything,,... any ideas...

Remove the battery for about 20 xxx8211; 30 seconds.

Send them a note and tell them what OS you are running. I had an issue with the 8700c when they went to 3.2.1 and fixed by upgrading the OS.

i tried cycle with the battery ... didnt work and i sent them a note ... waiting for reply.... thanx for the heads up

ok so i wind up having to reload my os and doing a wipe... now .. one last question.. how come i cant use my aim only aol... thats gay

Protocol to configure - Aim - is what the screen says. Not sure of the difference myself since I don't use it. Please elaborate.

well aim is instant messenger... aol is im and email and web and yada yada yada.. any ideas
