Exclamation BBCorrector Help 7290 T-Mo

I have followed all of the threads. Reset to thenew servrer(s), tried both:(
Enabled and disabled the MDS Proxy and I am still receiving either:
tunnel-failed, or: could not find service book entry for IPPP???

I created an account and tried it with and with out it to no avail.

I cannot drive and spell...PLEASE HELP ME SOMEBODY.

I looked at my 4.1 TMO 7290 and under service book, I have the IPP for BIBS[IPPP]. Check your service books under options. If it is not there call TMO to have them resend the service books to you.

Are you on a BES? If so you probably need to have the BES administrator enable MDS to your account. Once they do that then you can accesss with "Disable MDS" unchecked. On mine it wouldn't work either way until they enabled MDS on the BES Server.
