Wirelessly posted (7130e VZW: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry7130e/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/105)

It's totally none of my business, but out of curiosity, why would you want something like that? I'm afraid I would end up shooting my BB.

Some people have hourly chimes on their watches to notify of a new hour

That's exactly why I would like it.. The BB clock is sync to time standard
and it would be nice to hear at the top of each hour..

You could just carry around a grandfather clock

Honestly, I havent ever seen anything like that. I am sure that if you do a broad search for hourly reminder or something similar you might dig up some results

My wife would probably flush it down the toilet if mine chimed any more than it already does!!

And let us know how long you leave it like that... I give it three days! It would drive me nuts, but to each his own, huh?

how would you do that? I don't see the option of setting an hourly reminder for a task..

Neither do I.. btw.. I use to have a watch that chirps once a hour at the top. I plan on setting the Blackberry to do the same.. a simple chirp, that's all that's need..

You can set up tasks on a daily reoccurence. So in order for it chirp every hour you would need to set up 24 tasks with daily recoccurences. If you wanted to limit the chirping to your waking hours, you could probably get by with just setting up +/-16 tasks.

Man, relax. It's nothing personal, nobody here even really knows you.

Geez Corey!... you've scared another one off...lol

I carry around a grandfather clock and don't see what the big deal is. I even have it chime at the quarter and half hours as well!

Now that was funny! Do you use a dolly or just toss it on your shoulder?

I just toss it over my shoulder. A dolly would be just plain silly
