Default Uninstall BBWeather??

Please Login to Remove!

How do I uninstall BBWeather? I've not been able to get it to work. I used the cheat sheet and set my APN as documented for Cingular Orange.

I decided I'd remove it this morning, went into the app loader on the desktop software and it doesn't show it as being loaded on my 7290.

Thanks.

If you loaded it OTA it won't show in the loader so use Corey's method.

Thanks guys. I did load it OTA so I'll follow Corey's method. Any ideas why I'm having the problems I am?

Check with the carrier that you have wap enabled on your account. That's all I can think of. Great program. Sorry it's not working for you. This is one reason to go to hosted BES if you can afford it.

Precisely the reason I donot like to do OTA. However, I have found a small workaround if you dont mind a bit of extra work in the beginning, but it will save you a lot of headaches later on. I use a program I found here called BBManager and with it I make the cod files for any OTA program I have downloaded, make a quick axl file with another program I found here, and then save them to my Blackberry directorry where I keep all my apps in and then in the future I can control them from my desktop manager.
