Default Berry411 Install warnings

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have a Nextel BB 7520 os 4.0.0.160 when I try to install berry411 using the application loader it seems to load, but I recieve a warning berry411.cod not loaded becuase of an invalid digital signature and no icon apears on my start screen. However I do see the application listed under the options -> applications menu.

Any ideas what I may be doing wrong?

i have the same setup as you, but didn't have any problems with berry411. if it works it should be ok.

The problem is without the icon I can't execute it so right now it does not work for me. Strange, I googled the invalid digital signature and cannot find anything. I'm wondering if it is a configuration issue of my BB?

I did some more searching and found this:

"There is an IT Policy on the BES called "Disallow 3rd Party Applications". If this Policy is enabled you will get this error (digital signatures are invalid) when trying to load an application. Check the "Disable 3rd Party Apps" entry on the IT Policy."

Apparently my company set this policy so I could not download thrid party software to the BB.
