Smile View BB screen on your PC and control it?

Hi all,

I have had a search around here and google but I can not seems to find any software that allows me to use my PC to connect to my blackberry and view the screen on my PC and interact with it - I have this type of software on my windows mobile phone and pocket PC called pocket controller pro - But I wold love some for my - if so where from and how much!

Repeat! I do NOT want BB to control my PC - BUT my PC to control the BB and view the screen!

This would be neat. I know via BES AP you can remotely wipe a BB. So it is making some sort of remote connection. I wonder if it is possible to remotely access it and use it via RDP type of connection.

have you tried "j2me VNC" :

it's ethell.com's repackaged midlet listed in Mark Rehjon's
"Update! Blackberry Killer Software & Utilities Thread"

If I am not mistaken, that controls your PC from you BB, not the other way around.

The only thing I have seen like is was on the blackberry website.. But it was a BlackBerry Simulator. Haven't played with it but it dosen't hurt to try it out..

Anyone know how to load files generated/backed up from your real 8700 to use them in the 8700 version of the simulator?

I haven't tried it in that direction, but I often load backups from the simulator onto my real 7100g, and I see no reason you couldn't go from real to simulator. It simulates a USB connection and Desktop picks it up fine, so no problem there. Give it a try.
