Question bb corrector help please

Please Login to Remove!

I've tried to load bb correcter twice now. It seems to load successfully but when I try to open the app by clicking on the icon from the ribbon I get a "Error starting BBCorrector: Class 'org.w3c.dom.Document' not found" error.

Any ideas? Thanks.

My friend is getting this message too. He's on a TMO 7230. I wonder if this is a device specific issue?

I have used it on a TMO 7230 and it worked. Which version are you trying? I used the 1.0 version.

If you had used the search feature you would have found this post which seems to indicate that "org.w3c.dom.Document" is an optional BB OS package and you have to manually choose to install it when you install a new BB OS version.

I do not know for sure if it works...but maybe try reinstalling your OS and looking for an option to install it or an XML package???
