Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry7290/4.0.2 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

I was using verichat just fine and I tried loggin in and I now get "max connections open"

Anyone know what that means?

This was happening to me throughout the day too, but its working now.

This is a known problem with Verichat. The support section of PDA Apps website says:

When starting VeriChat I get the error "max connections opened".

This is a known problem and we are working on a fix for this. In the meantime, the only workaround is to soft-reset your device, by removing the battery and inserting it again.

FWIW, I get that error far less often with my 7130e than I did with my previous Blackberries (7230, 7730, & 7250.)

Also try updating to the latest version if you have not. Mine is working fine.
