Since Verizon has upgraded to BIS 2.0, I have no need for BB reply, so I deleted it. When I initially set up the three different reply to addresses in BB reply, I used a nickname for each one so I could easily pick a reply to. (an abbreviation of the domain in the middle of my name) The nicknames still show after I've deleted the application. How can I get rid of this?

Might be in the content stores. Search the forum for that and how to delete it. Not sure but that's where it might be.
