| Just to be clear -- the reason so many Canadians are talking about it is that it initially didn't work in Canada at all -- it has always worked extremely well in the US, and even now, after adding some Canadian functionality, it is still FAR more robust in the US. I have absolutely no affiliation with this application or its developer -- but I think it is absolutely first class! | | Offline

| When I downloaded this app from bb, it stated the midlet was successfully installed. However, when I try to start the app, I get the following Error:
"Error starting berry411: Module "berry411" attempts to access a secure API."
Anybody know what this means and how to resolve it? | | Offline

| There must be something that I am missing here. I don't find this very easy to use at all. Does anyone know the process for trying to find information (numbers, people, businesses, etc) thanks

| RxistKJ,
I had the same problem you did on my 7100t. I uninstalled the app, downloaded it again off of Phil's website, installed it again by the desktop application loader, and this time it works. Not sure why it worked the second time, but I suggest trying again.
Definitely a great app. Thanks again Phil.
Anyone know what is being used as the source for the white and yellow pages? | | Offline

| I can't get it to work correctly. I've tried:
Dominos (just an example, as in Domino's Pizza)
I've tried "MyTown, NJ, MyZip" as well as "MyZip" and it keeps showing things in NY.
And yes, I made sure the location corresponds to the location I've been editing.
Thanks.

| The 411 app works great in Houston, TX. However, I have not been able to get any results with Montgomery, TX or Conroe, TX address.
I'm not sure why it doesn't work with some cities addresses? But a great app for my home city. | | Offline

| I must be missing something. You have 3 fields for addresses: home, work, and other. This allows you to look up numbers in those 3 cities only?? I live in an area (Vancouver) where it is made up of about 15 different cities, how do I manage to find numbers for specific cities without having to change the "other" field every time? | | Offline
