I decided to download the Trial version of BBSpell, when I click on the "Connectivity Test" option on my BB (8700c), it says "Failed, your device must be configured to access the internet. I am using BIS, and have been able to access the internet otherwise but for some reason it won't connect.

Any suggestions?

Check that in your settings you chose TCP instead of BES.

Where would I find this setting?

You need to enable "Use Blackberry Web Connect" in bbSpell, and also make sure you have configured your device TCP settings based on your provider.

Thanks for the info, now I just need to find out what those settings should be.

in bbspell click the trackwheel and look for setup or settings that is where you enable this.
