Default Digital Security Workaround?

Anyone figured out a workaround for the digital certificate issue? My company is crazy about security and will not allow all 3rd party app to be installed. Isn't there a way to fake a certificate?

Word to the wise...

Most companies have policies stating that attempts to circumvent security protocols on company assets will result in termination.

Mine does.
