Default Rem Desktop Connection Error after Verizon 4.1 upgrade

I upgraded my Verizon 7250 today to 4.1. After it completed, I tried my Remote Desktop for Mobiles connection and received an error. I also tried
the newest version 2.1.1 for both the client and server. I got the same
error with the newer version too when trying to connect to the demo server and my server. Prior to the 4.1 upgrade I had no problems connecting at all. I have it setup to use my BES connection as I had before. I am able to surf on the company and external browser. Here is the error message and if anybody has suggestions on a fix, please send me a note or post here.

Connection was broken.

Exception: Connection refused: connect
