Default instant messenagers

i was wondring which multi instant messaging program was good. i hear alot about verichat but i feel the annual coast is gay. i really like im+.i'm doing the trial version right, most likely i'll end up buying it. i wanted to know if there were any other apps out or ur comments on whats out.

i have no problem with a paying app. but i would jus like to buy it and not worry about a annual coast

Try GoogleTalk and use the transports for your other IM accounts.

As far as VeriChat's annual subscription, you don't have to renew it and just get a different app. Or buy IM+ now, then maybe next year something better comes along and you can buy that one.

Either way you might spend $20-40 anyway.

cool thanks. the only thing is i cant get google talk to work. i cant seem to find a OTA link that works for me. i always got a html error saying it cant display the site."blackberry.com/googletalk" and then when i do it threw the computer it'll install on my bb n it would rebot but then for some reason it wont let me click next on the site to complete the installtion. and if i goto to google talk to run it'll tell me go to the site to activate google talk? this happen to anyone?
