I have downloaded the trial version of Verichat for my BB 8700g, however, every time I try to connect using AIM I get the error message "could not open tunnel -- failed" Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am new to BB's so please forgive the ignorance.

Sounds like you need to edit your TCP settings to allows apps which need access to the internet to work.

How would one go about doing this?
I am getting the same error and don't know what to change my settings to.
