Two options

Reinstall it via your desktop or OTA then uninstall it again, if that does not work then try this:

If you go to any of your programs and click the scroll wheel you will see an option that says "modules" If you go into your modules and delete everything that belong to yakon (will say yak on, or yak or whatever) it should fix your problem. That is what I had to do to remove it.

I e-mailed them because I had the same issue:

The trick in this case is to download YakOn.zip from
yak-on.com/download . Extract it and point the desktop manager to
YakOn.alx . Make sure the check boxes to the left of Yak On! are
deselected and then choose "Next", this will cause the Desktop Manager
to uninstall Yak On!. Note you may need to check then uncheck the check
boxes to cause the app loader to delete Yak On! .

That was there response.

I did it and it worked :]
