Question Remote Desktop for Mobiles

Please Login to Remove!

Hello all,
I know some of you use this software by ZZZ Software. My question, what sort of latency do you experience. How quickly do you see your commands executed on the desktop, and from there how long does it take for your device to update. I have downloaded a trial of this software, and I find the initial screen rendering to be about 30 - 50 secs, and then updating every 5-10 sec. Is this along the lines of what others are experienceing?

Your estimates seem to be pretty accurate for what I get. I use Remote Desktop on (4) of my business critical servers at my office. I has been bullet proof since day one.

I think the latency you are experiencing is because of the speed of your Blackberry - Im assuming you are running GPRS and not EDGE when tesing this??

Anyway - its a great app for the price. Honestly if the price was TRIPLE I would still pay it.

I hope this helps!

I use TSMOBILES and it works great. Have it set up from home and work since I am an IT Admin at work. Nice to have when your away and need info from home or work. I spent 35 for mine and was well worth it.
