Hi,
is it possible to use a file manager on BB ?
If yes, what should be the best choice ?

Sorry. There is no file manager app for the BB.

eFile by dynoplex. I don't use it and not sure what it will do for you as the BB doesn't sync files with your pc.

actually eFile does allow you to put files from your PC to the BB and back

I have used Efile. Not only does it allow you to transfer files, but it allows you to view efiles to open email and such. Great program altough it takes a little getting used to.
