Ok I'm about to throw this software away. I have had nothing but issues with this product since the day I got it. Can someone here help me get this to work? I finally got most of my tasks/appts on my BBerry to show up on iCal but I cannot get my Address Book on my Mac to sync up with the BBerry. I've also tried to get it to work by using Entourage and it still does not work. I have all the latest updates for all software products. Suggestions?

Have you been through the preferences to choose which app to sync with? excluding the cryptic wording for adding and removing contacts PocketMac has worked like a charm for me...

Yes I have gone and changed the prefs and that did not work. I feel like I wasted $30 and the tech support has been of no help.

Does your BB appear in iSync? when you have the PocketMac preferences open on the coontact tab I imagine you have a check box to sync with Address Book below that there is another option is that selected to "Work" if I remeber correctly PocketMac can only associate with "Work" addresses. Just a thought...

I'm new to PocketMac. But, I think if you choose Work address to sync, it will sync work and home addresses. It was in a footnote on the bottom of a page in their manual.

A long shot for you: were you syncing with a palm before this? Maybe try going into palm conduits and turning all those off. Could be superstition, could be interference.

Pocketmac isn't bad, but I can't get categories in my tasks. It was supposed to be included in an upgrade last week (still waiting).

I would also like more control over the sync process-such as being able to choose which direction the data is flowing in.

I have not used my Palm on this laptop. I have tried using Work address and still get nothing. I will try to call these clowns sometime when I have time.

If you want a PocketMac Powertool - you can go into /Library/PocketMacBB and run the Expert or Advanced Options application to activate some hidden features of the software.

Atwardiv - please don't run this since you're having problems getting it to work at all and this will probably be too confusing.
