When I flippin try to log in, it's telling me the connection timed out. TF?

No sarcastic, smart ass comments are needed either.

Happened to me today too after switching my account to the new $29.99 plan. CS had me take the battery out, then all was well.

I've tried their support and i've tried taking the battery out...thats why i've come to this place...BUT no help. cya

How about providing a little more detail.

1. Who is your carrier?
2. BIS or BES?
3. If BIS have you properly programmed your TCP settings?
4. Do other data reliant applications work?
